Lodge Installation Meeting & Dinner
Brethren will gather at the historic Cardiff Masonic Hall for a formal Installation Meeting, followed by dinner in convivial surroundings. This traditional opening to the weekend sets the tone for fellowship and celebration among members of the Lodges of Round Table.

Ladies’ Dinner
Partners and guests will enjoy a private dinner with drinks and entertainment at the Holiday Inn Cardiff City Centre. A relaxed and sociable evening, providing an excellent opportunity to meet old friends and make new ones.

Morning & Early Afternoon

Private Tour of Cardiff Castle
Saturday begins with a guided private tour of Cardiff Castle, one of Wales’s most iconic landmarks, situated at the very heart of the city. The tour will explore the Castle’s rich history, from Roman origins through to its Victorian Gothic splendour.

Following the tour, guests will enjoy lunch and refreshments in the Castle’s exclusive Hospitality Suite, offering a unique and memorable setting.

Afternoon

Free Time in Cardiff
The afternoon is yours to enjoy at leisure. Take time to explore Cardiff’s renowned shopping arcades, museums, cafés, and parks, or relax with a scenic boat trip around Cardiff Bay from the jetty opposite the hotel. This free period allows everyone to experience the city at their own pace.

Evening

Black Tie Gala Dinner
The highlight of the weekend is a black-tie gala dinner at Cornerstone Cardiff, a beautiful Grade II listed venue. The evening will feature fine dining, speeches, and entertainment, bringing together members and guests for a fitting celebration of the Biennial Reunion.

Farewell Breakfast & Departure
After breakfast at the Holiday Inn Cardiff City Centre, it will be time to bid farewell to friends old and new, until we meet again at the next Lodges of Round Table Biennial Reunion.
